Everything you need to know about GLOWTIME, our digestive enzyme supplement: how to take it, how it differs from MINDBODYSKIN®, and answers to common questions.

What is GLOWTIME?

Gut health may play a role in skin health, and GLOWTIME is built with that connection in mind. GLOWTIME is CLEARSTEM's full-spectrum digestive enzyme and gut health supplement, designed to support the gut-skin axis: the relationship between your digestive health and the appearance and vitality of your skin.*

Made with a wide-spectrum enzyme blend, soothing herbs, and prebiotic Green Banana Powder, GLOWTIME supports the breakdown and absorption of the nutrients in your food, supports regularity, supports relief from occasional bloating, and supports a healthy gut, factors that can play a role in the way your skin looks.* Formulated by The Acne Guru®, it's the digestive support your routine has been missing.

Gluten-free, non-GMO, and made in a cGMP-certified facility.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

How do I take it?

Take 3 capsules before or during any meal, once daily.

One bottle = 90 capsules = 30-day supply at 3 capsules per meal, once daily.

If pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

What does GLOWTIME support?*

Optimal digestion + nutrient absorption: enzymes help break down proteins, carbohydrates, and lactose to support getting the most from every meal.

Bloating support: soothing herbs like ginger and fenugreek support digestive comfort.

Bowel regularity: green banana powder and aloe vera support healthy gut motility.

Healthy absorption: Inositol, the same ingredient in PILLOWTIME, supports healthy absorption.

How does gut health connect to skin health?

The gut-skin axis describes the connection between your digestive system and your skin. When digestion is compromised (poor nutrient absorption, an imbalanced microbiome, inflammation), it can affect the way skin looks and feels. By supporting digestion and a healthy gut, GLOWTIME supports overall gut health, which many people find plays a role in how their skin looks and feels over time.*

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

What's the difference between GLOWTIME and MINDBODYSKIN®?

Both support skin health from the inside, but they work on different parts of the picture:

GLOWTIME

MINDBODYSKIN®

Primary focus

Gut health: digestion, nutrient absorption, occasional bloating, regularity

Skin support from within: oil production, liver + lymphatic support, hormone balance

Key ingredients

Wide-spectrum enzyme blend, ginger, fenugreek, green banana powder, aloe vera, fennel, anise, peppermint, Inositol

5-HTP, Vitamin A, DIM, B5, Glutathione, Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Dandelion Root

Enzyme focus

A digestive enzyme blend is the primary function

Not an enzyme formula

Best for

Anyone wanting to support digestion, occasional bloating, and the gut-skin connection as a primary focus

Anyone focused on skin support from within

Use together?

Yes, GLOWTIME is a great complement to MINDBODYSKIN® for full internal support*

Yes, pair with GLOWTIME for gut + skin support

Is GLOWTIME a probiotic?

No, GLOWTIME contains digestive enzymes and prebiotic green banana powder, not probiotics. Here's the difference: enzymes work during digestion to help break down food. Prebiotics feed the good bacteria already in your gut. Probiotics are live bacteria that take time to build up in your system. You can take GLOWTIME alongside a probiotic, since they work in complementary ways.

Is GLOWTIME gluten-free and non-GMO?

Yes, GLOWTIME is both gluten-free and non-GMO. It's also made in a cGMP-certified facility.
