You can easily check the status of your order using the tracking number sent to you via email. If you've already created an online account, you can track it directly through your online portal. 

We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours as long as all products are available, but please keep in mind that this doesn't include weekends and holidays. After that, the shipping timeframe varies depending on your chosen shipping method. The standard delivery timeframe for domestic orders takes 3-7 business days. For international orders, the shipping timeframe can be unpredictable and may take around 3-6 weeks to arrive. We have other shipping methods as well.
