We accept returns for orders placed on clearstem.com within 30 days of delivery. Your order must be postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date.

How to start a return, exchange, or store credit

You can self-serve the entire process through our returns portal:

Start your return at clearstemskincare.loopreturns.com

From there you can choose:

• Refund to your original payment method
• Exchange for a different product
• Store credit to use on a future order

Fees

• Returns for a refund are subject to an $11 handling fee, deducted from your refund amount
• The $11 fee is waived if you choose store credit or an exchange instead
• Outbound shipping fees from your original order are not refundable
• Exchanges and store credit include a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you

Special cases

Bundles: If you return part of a bundle, we'll recalculate your total based on the items you kept. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly — we'll always let you know the details upfront.

Gifts: If you received a CLEARSTEM product as a gift, we're happy to help with a store credit or exchange. Email us at [email protected] with the order details or the name of the gift giver and we'll take care of the rest.

Retail purchases: If you purchased from an authorized retail partner (including Erewhon), please follow that retailer's return policy — we're unable to process returns for purchases made in store.

International orders: Returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

APO/FPO addresses: We're currently unable to create return labels for APO/FPO addresses due to customs requirements. Please contact us at [email protected] and we'll find a solution.

Gift cards: All gift cards are final sale.
