It's pilling or clumping when I apply it — what do I do?

This is usually an application-order issue, not a product issue. Make sure each layer — especially your serums — has fully absorbed before applying HYDRAGLOW™. A quick check: if your skin still feels tacky, give it another minute. Once the tackiness is gone, apply HYDRAGLOW™ in a thin, even layer and it should sit perfectly.

The lid won't open — help!

We totally get how frustrating a tight lid can be — especially when you're excited to use it! Try one of these:

• Warm water trick: Run the lid under warm water for a minute or two. The heat helps expand the lid slightly, making it easier to open.
• Gentle tapping: Gently tap the edges of the lid on a countertop to break the seal without damaging the jar.
