Your CLEARSTEM subscription is yours to control — skip, pause, swap, reschedule, or cancel anytime, all from your account. No phone calls, no hoops.
To get started, log in at clearstem.com/account and select Subscriptions. Everything below happens from there.
Skip a shipment
Need a little more time to finish what you have? You can skip any upcoming order:
- Log into your CLEARSTEM account.
- Click the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Find the subscription you'd like to skip and click "Skip."
Pause your subscription
You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from the same Subscriptions dashboard — your products and pricing will be waiting for you when you're ready to resume.
Swap or add products
You can swap or add products by navigating to the "Manage Your Subscription" section of your account and selecting the product you wish to add or swap. Building out a full routine? Consider subscribing to a bundle to experience the diverse benefits of our products together.
Change your delivery frequency or next ship date
Subscriptions ship every 30, 45, or 60 days — you choose. You can adjust your frequency or push your next ship date anytime from the Subscriptions dashboard.
Update your shipping or billing information
Go to the "Manage Address & Payment Details" section of your account to update your shipping address, card, or billing information.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel anytime by navigating to the "Manage Your Subscription" section and selecting the product you wish to cancel. It takes two clicks — no holds, no guilt.
