How do I join CLEARSTEM Rewards?

Create an account — that's it! You'll get 200 points just for signing up, and you're in. No purchase required to join, but you do need a CLEARSTEM Account to earn or redeem points, so don't skip this step. For more details on Acceptance of Program Terms, Account Eligibility, and Enrollment, see Sections 1 and 2 of the CLEARSTEM Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Terms”). 

How do I earn points for CLEARSTEM Rewards?

You can earn points when you shop, share, or participate:

You must be logged into your CLEARSTEM Account to earn points from Point-Earning Activities. For more information on Qualifying Purchases and other Point-Earning Activities, see Rewards Terms.

How do I redeem my points for CLEARSTEM Rewards?

Once you've got enough, treat yourself:

• 500 points → $10 off

• 1,000 points → $15 off

• 2,000 points → $20 off

• 5,000 points → a complimentary gift ($56 value)

What are the CLEARSTEM Rewards membership tiers?

Glow Starter, Clear Insider, and Elite — you move up based on how much you spend with us in a year:

• Glow Starter ($0–$199.99+/yr): Earn and redeem points, plus a 100-point birthday bonus

• Clear Insider ($200–$499.99+/yr): Everything in Glow Starter, plus early access and surprise savings

• Elite ($500+/yr): Everything in Clear Insider and Glow Starter, plus a complimentary gift every year and priority support

Do my points expire?

Yes, points can expire. Points are good for twelve (12) months from the last valid Point-Earning  Activity. 

Can I use my points with a promo code or my subscription discount?

Points may be redeemed for Rewards that may be used to discount part of a purchase on CLEARSTEM’s website. Points stack with  offers, including promo codes and  subscription discount(s). In order to use a Reward, the order subtotal, after all other discounts have been applied, at checkout must be greater than or equal to the amount of the Reward.

What if I return an item I earned or redeemed with my points?

If you return an order, the points you earned on the returned order will be removed from your point balance. If you used any Reward(s) on a returned order, those points will be added back to your point balance. For more information on Point Adjustments and Reversals, see Rewards Terms. 

Do I earn points on Subscribe + Save orders?

Yes — you get 300 points the first time you subscribe to a unique CLEARSTEM Product, plus 50 points every month your subscription renews. Points will also be earned for the dollar value of your purchase. You can also redeem points for Rewards to discount  subscription order(s) so long as the subtotal at checkout is greater than the Reward discount.

How do referrals work?

Share your unique referral link with a friend. When they complete a purchase, you both get rewarded — they get $15 off their first order, and you earn 1,000 points. Referrals are capped at 5 per year. Subject to Rewards Terms. For more information on Referrals, see Rewards Terms.

I created my account before CLEARSTEM Rewards launched — where are my points?

If you were already a CLEARSTEM customer with a CLEARSTEM Account, you have been automatically enrolled in the CLEARSTEM Rewards Program. Your tier was assigned automatically based on your purchase history from August 4, 2025 6:00 a.m. PST to August 4, 2026 6:00 a.m. PST.  You have also automatically earned your 200 Account Creation points for the creation of your Account. Points will not be retroactively earned for past purchases or other Point-Earning Activities completed prior to August 4, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. PST. For more information, see Rewards Terms. 

Can CLEARSTEM change the Rewards program?

Yes — CLEARSTEM Rewards, including earning rates, redemption values, and program terms, may be modified or discontinued at any time. For more information, see  Rewards Terms.
