What is SUNNYSIDEKICK®?

Your on-the-go SPF companion. SUNNYSIDEKICK® is a UVA/UVB Broad Spectrum SPF 30 brush-on mineral sunscreen designed to make reapplication effortless: over makeup, throughout the day, wherever you are. No rubbing, no messing up your foundation. Just brush on generously for even coverage.

Made with 24.5% Zinc Oxide, 23% Titanium Dioxide, Caffeine, Green Tea, and Resveratrol, SUNNYSIDEKICK® doesn't just protect, it also helps control shine and visibly calms the look of redness. And with a super light translucent tint, it works beautifully on every skin tone.

How do I use it?

• Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure.
• Brush onto face and neck using gentle, even strokes.
• Reapply every 2 hours, especially after sweating or towel drying.
• Use over makeup, moisturizer, or any SPF already applied, it layers seamlessly.
• For scalp or hairline: SUNNYSIDEKICK® can be applied to the hairline and part line for added protection. For full scalp coverage, pair with a hat.

How does SUNNYSIDEKICK® compare to YOUARESUNSHINE®?

Our recommendation: use YOUARESUNSHINE® as your primary daily SPF in the morning and keep SUNNYSIDEKICK® in your bag for easy touch-ups throughout the day. Just keep it out of excessive heat and direct sun.

Is it suitable for all skin tones?

Yes! SUNNYSIDEKICK® has a super light, translucent tint designed to work on every skin tone, from very deep to very fair. It's formulated to minimize white cast and blend into your complexion.

Is it non-comedogenic?

SUNNYSIDEKICK® is formulated with no pore-clogging ingredients, ever, so it's made to help avoid contributing to breakouts, with sensitive skin in mind.

Is it waterproof or sweatproof?

SUNNYSIDEKICK® is not tested for water resistance. If you need a water-resistant option for swimming, outdoor exercise, or high-sweat activity, YOUARESUNSHINE® SPF 50+ is your go-to. It's water resistant (80 minutes).

How long will one bottle last?

Approximately 4 to 6 months, depending on how often you use it and how much you apply. Daily touch-ups on the lighter end, more frequent or generous application on the shorter end.

The powder isn't dispensing properly, what do I do?

• Gently shake or tap the brush before use to distribute the powder evenly inside.
• Lightly tap the bottom of the brush to help the powder flow through the bristles.
• Give it a few swipes on the back of your hand to prime the brush before applying to your face.
• Make sure the brush is securely attached to the container and the base is fully engaged.

How do I clean the brush?

Quick clean: Spritz the bristles with a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution.

Deep clean: Tap off excess powder, remove the brush head, and set the powder container aside to keep it dry. Wash bristles with mild soap and water, rinse well, reshape the bristles, and lay flat on a towel to air dry completely before reattaching.

Can I use SUNNYSIDEKICK® near a pool?

SUNNYSIDEKICK® is not water resistant, so for pool or ocean use, YOUARESUNSHINE® is the better choice. Chlorine can also be drying to the skin, so we recommend rinsing off thoroughly after swimming, reapplying your skincare to restore hydration, and reapplying sunscreen.

SUNNYSIDEKICK® is an OTC brush-on sunscreen. For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Keep out of eyes, rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor. Protect the product from excessive heat and direct sun. Not tested for water resistance.

Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
