My order is stuck in transit — what should I do?Updated 11 days ago
Shipping delays happen from time to time, and we want to make sure you're taken care of. Here's what to expect and when to reach out. |
First, check your expected delivery window
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). After that, standard domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days. If you're within that window, your order is likely still on its way.
You can check your real-time tracking status using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
What "stuck in transit" usually means
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, it typically means the package is waiting at a carrier facility or experiencing a delay outside our control — weather, high carrier volume, or a scanning gap. Most packages in this situation do continue moving and arrive within a few additional days.
When to contact us
Reach out if:
- Your tracking has shown no movement for 5 or more business days, or
- Your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package — in that case, please wait 1 business day first, as scans sometimes update before physical delivery
We're happy to hear from you anytime, but if your package doesn't yet meet either threshold above, we'll ask you to give it a little more time before we take action with the carrier.
What we'll do
Once the 5-business-day no-movement threshold has passed (or 1 business day after a delivered status with no package), we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If your order is confirmed stuck or lost, we'll reship it to you — no need to reorder.
Reach out at [email protected] with your order number and we'll take it from there.
