We're so sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. Damaged shipments are rare, but when they happen, we want to make it right quickly.
What counts as a damaged order?
- Broken or cracked product packaging
- Leaking products inside the box
- Crushed or compromised outer packaging that affected the products
- Opened or tampered packaging upon arrival
What to do right away
Step 1: Take photos before discarding anything. Photograph the outer box, the products, and any damage visible.
Step 2: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos.
Step 3: We'll take care of the rest. In most cases, we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged product.
Do I need to return the damaged product?
Usually not. For most damage claims we don't require a return — just photos and your order details. We'll let you know if we need anything else.
