I received the wrong item — what do I do?Updated 2 days ago

Receiving the wrong product is frustrating, and we want to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What to do

  • Don't discard the wrong item — we may ask you to return it (or we may not, depending on the situation).
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via live chat, email [email protected], or the Help Center contact form.
  • Have ready: your order number, the name of the product you received, the name of the product you ordered, and a photo of what arrived.

What happens next

Once we confirm the mix-up, we'll ship your correct item immediately — typically with expedited shipping at no charge to you. In most cases, we'll also send a prepaid return label for the wrong item, or let you keep it if the return isn't necessary.

You will never be asked to return something in these cases without a prepaid label, and you will never be charged for our fulfillment error.
