Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 3 days ago
We process orders quickly, so the window to make changes is narrow. Here's what's possible and when.
One-time orders
If your order hasn't shipped yet: Contact us immediately via live chat or email with your order number. If your order hasn't been picked and labeled yet, we may be able to cancel it or make changes.
If your order has already shipped: Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot stop the shipment. You'll need to either refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives.
Tip
If you receive an email saying your order has shipped, that means the window to cancel has passed. Contact us as soon as possible — the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders are processed on your billing date. The best way to avoid an unwanted charge is to cancel or pause your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to your CLEARSTEM account at clearstem.com/account
- Navigate to Subscriptions
- Select Pause, Skip next order, or Cancel
If you were charged for an order you didn't intend to place, contact us right away with your order number. We'll review it and, if the order hasn't shipped, cancel and refund you.
Sometimes life gets ahead of you
If a subscription processes before you had a chance to adjust or pause it, we're here to help sort it out.
- Check your inbox for previous subscription confirmation and renewal reminder emails (sent 3 days before each renewal)
- If you believe it was an error, contact us with your order number — we handle these on a case-by-case basis
Changing items or shipping address
We cannot swap individual products in an order once it's been placed. For address changes, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address — we can update it if your order hasn't shipped.
